The service
Tiaki Journal is a monthly subscription service that creates a printed photo journal from your family's contributed photos and posts it to your grandparents each month. The service is operated by Emgo Limited, a New Zealand company.
Subscriptions
Tiaki Journal is billed monthly. You can cancel at any time — cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can also skip a month with one tap in the app, and a credit will be applied automatically. We do not offer refunds for months already processed.
Your photos
Photos and captions you upload are used solely to generate your monthly journal. We do not use your photos for any other purpose, share them publicly, or use them in marketing. You retain ownership of all photos you upload.
Acceptable use
Tiaki Journal is designed for family photos. You agree not to upload content that is inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Pricing
Current pricing is NZD $59/month for one grandparent household and NZD $99/month for two grandparent households. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
Liability
We take care to deliver a high quality journal every month. If there is a problem with your journal, please contact us and we will make it right. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, our liability is limited to the value of your most recent monthly subscription.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
